I have the same problems....
I find it works better for me if my plans are smaller, and more specific. Like in "tomorrow I'm going to write A an email", "tomorrow I'm going to go outside my door (which may or may not lead to a walk)".

The list of things I didn't do tends to give very bad conscience... I guess it's better to think of what I DID do.

Just my ideas about it.
