Wow, it looks like a whole new closet! I'm inspired to tackle shelf papering my dresser.

Pat K

Do you hire out? And that looks like a lovely little dress pattern. I'll be watching...

Chris

I just told daughters that before another Webkinz comes in the door, something stuffed has to go out (and it won't be me after a big meal!). It's a darn good thing they can't give me that same line when I go yarn shopping! I guess they could, but since they don't control the purse strings they can't make me do it!

Susan

I've been tempted to clean out my walk in closet, too. It's horrible in there. Yet I can't bring myself to do it because in order to get other people to acknowledge how much work I've done to clean it, I'm going to have to show them how messy it is now. And it's that kind of messy where I think people will be horrified.

Adrienne

Ohhh, wanna come help me with MY closet? lol Yours looks wonderfuL! LOL

Lynne

NIce work on the closet, Sharon...doesn't it feel better? And, hey, thanks alot for the link to one of the cutest sweaters that I just may have to knit!

Mindy

Way to go! I just finished cleaning out all my closets and it feels wonderful. I feel the same way as you - lighter, brain less cluttered, and I'm sure I can think better too. I still have work to do with the whole decluttering project but getting all the hidden stuff out of the way has made a huge difference and keeps me motivated to continue.

Oh, and I was able to start a new knitting project since now I can find all my supplies :)

I do our closets every 3-6 months and it always makes me feel lighter - clutter is my kryptonite - I can't function with it and thank god I married an anti-cluterite as well. Have a great time at Stitches! Of course you need to bring a sock with you - it's like bringing your toothpaste - a staple.

Gina

Doesn't it feel amazing to purge? I love the lightness and the freedom. It's almost like an addiction; you'll want to purge more as time goes on.

Karen

I wish I had a walk-in closet to clean out. If you saw the size of my closets, you'd cry. Ok maybe not cry for real, but tear up for sure.

I am having a heck of a time staying on gauge right now with the Silky Wool I am using too. It must be the yarn, because it certainly can't be *us*!

Jessica

Congrats on the purge! I really need to do some of that myself...

penny

Oh PLEASE..
Come over and clean MY CLOSET !!!!
I can't find my yarn ... LOL
