pixie

what a cute baby!

Susan

I want to see that Ballerina finished, too. I always admire those Falkenberg kits but I have yet to actually purchase one -- then I'd have to commit to knitting it and they seem overwhelming.

What a great smile on Abby's face. And she looks stylish and comfortable to boot.

Karen

Aw, look at those dimples!

Man, you have a lot of projects going on lady! I like your choice of the Kimono Sweater. Looks like just what you were looking for. Have a fun trip!

Rossana

An Abby-fix! Yay! And that grandma-knit, very sweet!

I went through my WIPs/UFOs last month and organized them into clear, easily accessible bins. All the stash yarn for unstarted projects is in opaque bins with lids (and are mostly stacked beneath the bins of WIPs/UFOs)...minimizes additional startitis. Hee hee!

Have a funtastic trip through NY and VT! Apple pie season! MMmmmmm...apple pie!

Rossana

P.S. The Shizuka pattern looks like a good pick for your travel knitting.

Vera

I like the colors on the Ballerina sweater.

Abby is working those dimples!

Gina

What sweet cheeks! I cannot wait to see the finished Ballerina, but I agree that an autumn drive in the Northeast is for leaf-gazing, not pattern-gazing.

Chris

Oh my! Those dimples!!! Love the ballerina. Love the kimono pattern, love all of Kris' patterns. Love the Inca yarn. It's just a love fest here.

susan

have you been looking at my chaos, cuz i could have written this post....only the names have been changed to protect the innocent! have a great trip. the baby is beautious!

Laura

AWW! Look at those precious dimples! Have a fun trip and don't forget to look at every leaf! :)

Bron

That baby face made my day!

Laurie

Sounds like a lovely trip, even if the knitting won't be as fruitful.

Lovely granddaughter! She clearly appreciates Grandma.

Julia

Look at the dimples on that kid. I can't wait to make fish faces! Maybe I should practice.

Dorothy

Abby is so beautiful, and stylish too in her sweater. It's amazing how a baby can turn a room full of grown-ups into simpering idiots! But what fun!!

Rae

I don't know if your getting email on your trip or not, but I heard about the freak snow storm in NY & I hope you are all okay & didn't get caught in it. Who would expect a severe snow storm so early in October? Sending you good knitterly thoughts~

Tam

Awwwwwww. What a cutie!

Jessica

Wow! Ballarina is going to be awesome when you finish! You aren't going to be in the northeast for Rhinebeck by any chance are you? And your grandbaby looks absolutely perfect in purple.... especially the handknit by grandma kind. :)

Pat K

What a totally sweet baby!

Kellie

Abby is beautiful!!
