You crack me up. Sorry to hear that some of the things eating up your time are not exactly a barrel of laughs. And as a future librarian I must warn you not to believe everything you read in the Google Public Library or I would probably have my M.L.S. revoked before I get it! However, I will certainly be staying tuned and sending good wishes your way for happy knitting and easy resolutions to your issues. :)

LOL Can't wait for the next episode.

Hey Sharon -- Sounds to me like you've been making great use of your time, actually -- too bad Google didn't reveal a place where you could get more! (I've been trying that trick on eBay for years with no luck.)

Sorry to hear that the Dell is giving you fits. I've heard a bunch of bad things from people who bought their stuff. If it's not too late, get your money back and get yourself a Toshiba or Sony instead. My Toshiba has been wonderful, and so has my brother's. I love Greg's iBook and would have bought an Apple myself, but I need the PC for work.

Can't wait to see those Diamond Patches! Keep up the fabulous work.

ditto for the toshiba. love ours. doing lots of socks while standing in line? That's what I do in lines at the grocery store (provided the boys are not with me and that's rare). I just started a sursa last night and am wondering if you bothered to match up the colors or did you just take the yarn from both ends as directed? Thanks. I have a great grain salad recipe that helps me when my mild IBS strikes. let me know if you'd like it.

Welcome to the wide world of cable. The best time saver is a Tivo (DVR). Now when I go to knit there is always something on to watch (listen to) because I have (easily) recorded the stuff I like. I do not have to spend time searching the guide for suitable programs. Perhaps I am ADD in that I cannot knit without something to listen to.

Dito on the Toshiba - Works great. Kind of scarry. What happened to the Mac you bought last year?

More time - between 3 and 5 is open for bids!!

I see that you mentioned Susan Grougan. I'm trying to notify her that she is the runner-up in the Name-That-Yarn contest with Wool2Dye4. Will you send her a message to contact Wool2Dye4, please?

Love you site!
Sheila
