Cheating is supposed to be a bad thing. But 20% off everything is such a good thing. Would it possibly be good enough to outweigh the bad? Glad I don't have to make that decision! heh

Susie

Sweetie, you've already got that PhD in friendship...

I'll be at TB on Thursday the 2nd sometime after 3pm. Gotta take my sil back to the airport. She's become a major knitter in just 2 days (I've never seen anyone pick it up that fast!) and can't wait to see all the yarn.

Be there or be square... (or call me on my cell phone that afternoon to find out where I am and when I'll arrive...if you've got the time...)

Big hugs,
Susie

It was so great to meet you too. I agree with Susie--You're definitely someone who is easy to be friends with!
And if I were you, I would so cheat.

Sarah

Don't you deserve to treat yourself to a retirement present? I think you do. A sweater's worth of yarn for every year you've worked? Okay, maybe not quite THAT much, but almost!

blogdog

Sharon, my dear, I am happy to help you rationalize a yarn purchase any time you need me to. Excuse generation is one of my many specialties. :-)

Stephanie

I, too, could use the degree in social skills. I'm fine on line, but in person...talk about hiding in a corner...It's pathetic.

I too am a yarn pusher, er...enabler. I've been using the DKYD as an excuse to buy patterns and books. There's some Alpaca Cloud calling my name. Can we cheat together? hee hee

Chris

You have one of those engineer trained people in your life too? Mine can hook up anything without a manual, but can he find the place where the pots and pans go. Even after 5 years of being in the new house and they have never changed their location? But I wouldn't trade him for anything!

General Ginger

I've got one of those engineer types too. I also have the same problem Chris has: he can't seem to find the hamper even though he opens the bathroom closet at least once a day to fetch out a towel. But he sure is a wizbang at all things electronic. :)

Pammi

Hi, Thank you for visiting my blog. I am sorry that I was not able to meet you too. I have heard some wonderful things about you from Susie. Hope to meet you next time I am with Susie. Have a link now to your page and will look forward to reading about you and your knitting projects.
