That Tahoe is beautiful and your poncho looks great too! Congrats!

Sarah

The poncho is gorgeous! Can't wait to see it in person.
My husband has explained to me the difference between "hits", "visits", "files" and "pages" on my stats page. Can't say I remember what he told me, exactly, but maybe Typepad and your referrals thingy are tracking different things?

Jaimi

Strangely, my blog has about 100 referrals to yours in the last 24 hours according to the stats showing on yours at about 9:30pm...but I don't think that many people read my blog! Wonder what Blogger maintains for stats...

Sharon, I love to see you blogging! and I think I'm ready to start my knitting lessons. Come on over to our place (blog) and search for pics of the kids. Matt called about visiting next weekend so I'll expect to see you as well. I ran into Charlie and Adena at the reunion this weekend. Adena is wonderful. Charlie really lucked out. Reading My Grandfather's Blessings right now, teaching at LCC and chasing the children. I have a second Job in Holt because we need to eat but other than that it holds no glamour for me. What else? I want to hear more about the book group.

See you next weekend.

Vera

Your ponchos is beautiful. I think that I have poncho fever since I made two this long weekend.

So far, so good on Typepad.

Karen

Sharon your poncho is beautiful! Perfect timing for finishing it too....the weather should be just right for it very soon.

Michelle

The poncho is wonderful! Makes me wish for cooler weather. I've been following your bandwidth saga. Mine's close, but okay so far. The disk space is suddenly over alloted space. I think I get camera crazy, but it's just too fun not to.

Chris

Hey, it looks like a beautiful New Century around here. When did the date change? Did I miss it.

Gorgeous poncho, Sharon! Is it silly to hope it cools down enough for you to wear it? Hope to see it soon! Fall, bring it on.

My referrals script lists all the places people came from during the last 24 hours, but the number beside it is NOT the number of times it's happened in the last 24 hours. It's the total number of referrals I've gotten from that particular site since the script began running. For instance, earlier today I had 700-something for the KR forums, but I know from my site meter than I only average about 120 hits a day....so the referral script can't be listing each and every day, just the total.

Does that fit your number patterns?

ann

your poncho is gorgeous!!

juno

Maybe an outside stat counter? Since Typepad includes you in its stats I found its numbers really useless - particularly if I'm clicking in to check how something looks, clicking out to edit, etc.

Maybe Statcounter or Nedstats? I think you can opt yourself out of both of them, so what you see is more realistic, and they give you a lot of options for seeing your referrers.

They both have free basic, and more for $$.

Just a thought.

Wasn't Garden State wonderfully funny?

Jessica

Just a quick note - Garden State is a great movie. My husband and I saw it last weekend and loved it. Hope you have a good time.
