Congratulations to you parents! How wonderful to have lived well together and to be well and happy. Enjoy your classes!

Eilene

It looks like you are doing the mistake pattern that is posted in the files section. It still looks beautiful though! :)

Karen

Mary Beth

Big congrats to your parents, that is a BIG accomplishment in this day and age.
Sounds like a wonderful weekend, have fun!

I just came aross your site and am so glad to see it. I'm working on a very nice pair of fair isle socks for my husband right now....hopefully this will help me develop the patience to make a fair isle sweater. Seeing others' work online inspires me to keep knitting. :-)

Amy

64 years! Wow! That's so cool. And have mucho fun at Stitches :-)

Rachael

Tell them that you know a 32 yr old who hasn't even ever been with someone for 64 MONTHS. Wowie.

Have a blast at Stitches! get carried away!

Kathleen

64 years and still going strong! That's incredible.

Have a terrific time at Stitches. :)

Donna

I hope you had a great time - do spill all the details. And congratulations to your parents - 50 years is an achievement, 64 is monumental!

Bron

Congrats to your parents! Mine have been married for 74 years and, unfortunately, are failing. I can tell you are enjoying your parents immensely while they are here & and that's the most important thing!

Have oodles of fun at Stitches - I'm so jealous!

Lynette

I can't wait to meet you tomorrow.

Your poem was great! And congratulations to your parents-64yrs. How awesome! Some day, I pray. I've been married for 14yr.

Karen

Love the sock, even though it's waterfalls instead of waves. :)

And congrats on your parents anniversary. I'm only headed towards 6 years, and 64 just is uncomprehensible for me.

Maggie

I loved the sweet tribute you gave to your parents and thier 64th wedding anniversary. Congratulations to all. I ever realize the precious gift it is to have a parent still living. My Mom is in a local nursing home after having a bad stroke 3 years ago. Today we made Christmas ornaments. Although her hands don't work like they used to, and she is in a wheelchair, she is the same person she was before the stroke, only refined by the trial of what she has been through. God is ever faithful to us when we depend on His grace throughout life.
