Hooray! Thanks for the photo of Bump!

I appreciated Kerstin's bit on guilt, too, this is a hobby folks! Beautimous socks, baby, shawl - you've recovered from your dancing weekend it seems. Don't know if this would apply to your guidance work, but I've used the Franklin Covey mission generator with high school students in a leadership workshop. It gets them thinking about goals, purpose, the future, etc. http://www.franklincovey.com/missionbuilder/index.html (no affiliation, they don't pay me, etc. : )

Lucky, you, Sharon; shopping for sock yarn. The Broadripples are fabulous! Are the next pair for you??

KarenK

You've (gasp) used up all your sock yarn stash? Words that I will never be able to say in my lifetime. OH, lucky you.

I'm headed down the homestretch on my Broadripples, too. After frogging the first sock, had to do a mental shake and another choice of yarn, and am very happy.

great socks, wonderful baby picture...and i covet your shawl. what pattern are you using?
*thinks about broadripple socks in the bright orange and yellow koigu colorway she has 'lying around'*

As a high school Business Education teacher I was low status on the intellectual scale -- until everyone on the staff had to start using computers Suddently I knew something they needed. Sweet.

Those socks turned out beautimus!! I would be happy to share my sock yarn stash with you...I seem to have a genetic need to hoard wool for some future ice age level event. Anyway I know it isn't for using in my 110+ SoCal summers...LOL!

Lovely work my dear, just lovely.

SHARON!! Thanks so much for posting a pic of Tracy's baby. I was just rereading your note from February, and I wanted to see what you were up to. How CUTE!! And congratulations to Tracy on being unpregnant! I've stolen your button, though. I'll get it up on the next update!

-Matt.

When I read Kerstin's post on guilt, I commented on her blog something to the effect of "No, not me."

Then I remembered that I frogged an entire dishcloth because I felt guilty that I was making a dishcloth out of expensive linen yarn.

I still have the skeins. I wanted to make the cloths (out of Knitters Stash) to practice lace patterns and to make something pretty while learning.

I guess I have an issue I need to work out.

Awwwwww.....

That's the other "thing" I'm a sucker for-babies! LOL! She is precious and the sweater looks great!

I like the socks too! I love the color changes.
