I'm really enjoying reading "Hippily Ever After". And am glad you're doing so well. I'm sure that you're using good sense in listening to your body and not overdoing it, even if you break a rule from time to time. It made me happy to hear about your 'normal' day.

In Australia we are given a list of exercises in hospital and are told to do them at home. I had 3 months of rehab last year after a knee operation and didn't see the PT once after I left Hosp.

I agree with you about limits and timeframes. They have to allow for the unfittest with their estimations. I am letting my body decide how far to push it( without taking silly risks )
